Lyublino Market

This was a reportage project about Chinese-Vietnamese market in Lyublino District in Moscow, Russia. I tried to capture the eclectic atmosphere of the place in this series of paintings based on some on-location sketches and stealthy photos taken while pretending to be reading something in my phone, since local security told me photography is forbidden there, which added to the half-illegal feel of the place.
